By surfacing the most relevant details in one place, it helps caseworkers focus on what matters most and deliver services more efficiently.
What’s Included
Action View 1.0.0 introduces five core cards that bring together the most relevant citizen information:
- Cases & Entitlement — central access to cases, payments, verifications, issues, and evidence across all case types
- Relationships — at-a-glance view of relationships, shared cases, and cautions
- Applications — application lifecycle tracking with in-page actions such as submit, check eligibility, and authorise
- Recent Activity — a consolidated, filterable timeline of notes across all applications and cases
- Quick Actions — rapid note creation with control over where notes are saved
Action View supports customisation of cards, including specifying which cards to display, their layout, and the ability to create custom cards.
